Thank you for shopping with Pristine Clean Club. Below you’ll find details about order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • High shipping volumes

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Events outside our control

If your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, email support@pristinecleanclub.com.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Pristine Clean Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Contact the carrier

  3. Email us at support@pristinecleanclub.com

We review these situations on a case-by-case basis.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to address error, additional shipping fees may apply.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@pristinecleanclub.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
