We stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Products significantly used beyond reasonable trial

We reserve the right to deny returns that show clear misuse or excessive consumption.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
How Refunds Work
Once your return is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error
If a return shipment is required, we will provide instructions. In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply place a new order after your return is approved.
Subscription Orders
If you are enrolled in a subscription:

You may modify, skip, or cancel at any time before your next billing date

Subscription orders already processed cannot be refunded unless eligible under our Satisfaction Guarantee
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a damaged item, we cover return shipping.
For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
